This workshop aims to equip participants with a foundational understanding of sports nutrition supplement development and practical applications. By integrating user-centered insights, scientific evidence, and market trends, the program guides learners in formulating effective product concepts and positioning strategies for different athletic populations. Through lectures, case discussions, and group activities, participants will explore functional ingredient selection, product efficacy communication, and consumer-focused formulation design. In addition, hands-on collaborative exercises foster creative thinking and strengthen cross-disciplinary problem-solving skills. Ultimately, this workshop seeks to enhance participants’ ability to bridge academic knowledge with real-world product innovation, laying a solid foundation for future careers in health food research, sports nutrition, and industry applications.
本工作坊聚焦運動營養補充產品的研發與應用,分為三大單元:理論講解與案例分享、產品設計與配方討論、以及實務應用與策略演練。講師介紹運動營養原理、產品功能及市場趨勢,並分享成功案例。學員分組討論不同運動族群需求、成分選擇與產品定位,進行產品概念發想與互動交流。最後結合模擬實作與行銷策略演練,設計完整補充產品方案並展示成果。活動兼具理論與實務操作,強化跨領域創意思考、產品開發能力及市場應用能力,使學員能全面掌握運動營養產品從研發到應用的流程。
This workshop focuses on the development and application of sports nutrition supplements and is structured into three main modules: theoretical lectures and case sharing, product design and formulation discussions, and practical application with strategy exercises. In the first module, instructors introduce the principles of sports nutrition, product functionalities, and market trends, while sharing successful development cases. In the second module, participants work in groups to analyze the needs of different athletic populations, select ingredients, define product positioning, and generate product concepts through interactive discussions. The final module combines hands-on exercises with marketing strategy simulations, allowing participants to design complete supplement product proposals and present their outcomes. By integrating theory with practical exercises, the workshop enhances cross-disciplinary creative thinking, product development skills, and market application capabilities, enabling participants to comprehensively understand the process of sports nutrition product development from conceptualization to real-world implementation.
