活動目標:透過「飲食講堂」推廣吞嚥友善飲食與營養照護知識,提升癌友、家庭與照顧服務員對病患照護需求的認識,並藉由實作體驗學習製作安全、美味且具營養的友善餐點,培養關懷與照護能力。
Objectives:Through the Caring through Nutrition, participants gained knowledge of swallowing-friendly diets and nutritional care, enhancing the understanding of the care needs of cancer patients among patients, their families, and caregivers. Through hands-on practical sessions, participants also learned to prepare safe, delicious, and nutritious texture-modified meals, fostering greater compassion and strengthening their caregiving skills.

活動內容:活動結合吞嚥友善飲食,由專業團隊示範「舒緩營養冰品」製作技巧,帶領參與者實際操作與體驗。活動中並安排交流與品嚐環節,讓學員從餐桌出發學習如何以飲食傳遞關懷,打造兼具安全、營養與溫度的照護餐桌。
Activity Description:The workshop featured swallowing-friendly nutrition, with a professional team demonstrating the preparation of nutrient-rich, dysphagia-friendly frozen desserts. Participants gained hands-on experience in creating safe, nutritious, and appealing meals, followed by tasting and discussion sessions. Through this interactive experience, they learned how thoughtful meal preparation can promote dignity, comfort, and compassionate patient care.
